Warranty & Return Policy for GelPro & GelPro Plush "Standard Size" Mats

Return Policy

IF PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL LOCATION: Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy. If you feel you have a defective mat, please contact Let's Gel, Inc. directly by emailing us at customerservice@letsgel.com, or by calling toll free 1-866-GEL-MATS (435-6287).

IF PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM WWW.GELPRO.COM: If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it for a refund or replacement within the first 30 days from the date of delivery. There will be a $15 restocking fee per mat on all returns. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and replacements not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Let's Gel, Inc. Prior to returning the product, you must email us at customerservice@letsgel.com to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please be sure to include your return contact information.

Limited Warranty

Seller and Let's Gel, Inc. warrants to the purchaser of this Product ("Purchaser") that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service (the "Limited Warranty") for 3 years (1,095 days) from the date of delivery (the "Limited Warranty Period"). Products purchased through a retail location may be registered by the Purchaser at http://warranty.gelpro.com to extend the Limited Warranty Period from 1 year (365 days) to 3 years (1,095 days) from the date purchased. "Normal use and service" means that the product is used on dry floors in an indoor residential environment. A Product breach of the Limited Warranty during the Limited Warranty Period shall be considered a "Defective Product." Purchaser may return the Defective Product to Let's Gel during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement mat equal to the original mat purchase. Replacement of the mat shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the Limited Warranty.

Warranty Disclaimer

ALL AREA RUGS AND FLOOR MATS CREATE RAISED SURFACES WHEN PLACED ON YOUR FLOOR FOR USE. THE MAT CREATES A RAISED STANDING SURFACE WITH ITS COMFORTABLE SOFT GEL LAYER. ANY RAISED SURFACE COULD BE A TRIP HAZARD, AND CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WHILE STEPPING ON, OVER, OR OFF OF AREA RUGS AND FLOOR MATS. IN ADDITION, ANY WET SURFACE MAY BE SLIPPERY. DO NOT USE THE MAT IN WET ENVIRONMENTS OR STEP ON THE MAT WITH WET FEET. THE MAT IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN WET ENVIRONMENTS.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU ALSO MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). SELLER'S AND LET'S GEL'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT WITH A PRODUCT OF EQUAL VALUE AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.

SELLER AND LET'S GEL EXCLUDE AND WILL NOT PAY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO ANYONE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. BY THIS WE MEAN ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR DAMAGES OTHER THAN A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE GELPRO MAT ITSELF. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF SELLER OR LET'S GEL SHALL APPLY OR SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S OR LET'S GEL'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY SELLER FROM THE PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT WITH A PRODUCT OF EQUAL VALUE SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
