Warranty & Return Policy for "Designer Size" Mats

Return Policy

GelPro Mats in designer sizes are custom made upon receipt of an order. Due to their custom nature, GelPro mats in designer sizes MAY NOT BE RETURNED unless they are defective or are damaged in transit. To ensure you select the proper fabric and color for your home, we recommend that you order one of our fabric swatches before placing your mat order.

The product must be returned in the following manner: If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as we are notified within 48 hours after the accepted delivery. Prior to returning the product to us, you must email us at customerservice@letsgel.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive a reference number, a ship to address, and packing instructions so that we can process your return. All items must be in their original box and include packing material. The GelPro Mat must be wrapped around the cardboard tube with the top synthetic leather surface facing out. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.

Limited Warranty

Lets Gel Incorporated warrants to the purchaser of this Product ("Purchaser") that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the "Warranty") for 1 year (365 days) from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). "Normal use and service" means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment. A Product in breach of the Warranty during the Warranty Period shall be considered a "Defective Product." Purchaser may return the Defective Product, at Purchaser's sole expense, to the Seller during the Warranty Period for a money-back refund or exchange. Money back refund or exchange shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the Warranty.

WARNING: A RUG OR FLOOR MAT IS A RAISED SURFACE. GELPRO MATS CREATE A RAISED SURFACE ON YOUR FLOOR. ANY RAISED SURFACE COULD BE A TRIP HAZARD, AND CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WHILE STEPPING ON, OVER, OR OFF A RAISED SURFACE.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT CONTAIN THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF SELLER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY SELLER FROM THE PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT.
