Warranty & Return Policy for Salon Mats

Return Policy

GelPro Salon Line of mats are custom made upon receipt of an order. Due to their custom nature, GelPro Salon Line of mats MAY NOT BE RETURNED unless they are defective or are damaged in transit. To ensure you select the proper fabric and color for your home, we recommend that you order one of our fabric swatches before placing your mat order.

The product must be returned in the following manner: If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as we are notified within 48 hours after the accepted delivery. Prior to returning the product to us, you must email us at customerservice@letsgel.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive a reference number, a ship to address, and packing instructions so that we can process your return. All items must be in their original box and include packing material. The GelPro Mat must be wrapped around the cardboard tube with the top synthetic leather surface facing out. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.

Limited Warranty

Let's Gel, Inc. warrants to the purchaser of this Product ("Purchaser") that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the "Limited Warranty") for 2 years (730 days) from the date of delivery (the "Limited Warranty Period"). "Normal use and service" means that the product is used on dry floors in an indoor salon environment. This warranty does not cover damage from chairs, stools, tables, heavy equipment, dyes, hair coloring agents, scissors/shears, or high heels. A Product breach of the Limited Warranty during the Limited Warranty Period shall be considered a "Defective Product." Purchaser may return the Defective Product, at Purchaser's sole expense, to Let's Gel during the Limited Warranty Period for a refund of the purchase price of the GelPro® Salon Mat or replacement. A refund of the purchase price or replacement of the GelPro® Salon Mat shall be the sole andexclusive remedy for breach of the Limited Warranty.

Warranty Disclaimer

ALL AREA RUGS AND FLOOR MATS CREATE RAISED SURFACES WHEN PLACED ON YOUR FLOOR FOR USE. OUR GELPRO® SALON MAT CREATES A RAISED STANDING SURFACE WITH ITS COMFORTABLE SOFT GEL LAYER. ANY RAISED SURFACE COULD BE A TRIP HAZARD, AND CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WHILE STEPPING ON, OVER, OR OFF OF AREA RUGS AND FLOOR MATS. IN ADDITION, ANY WET SURFACE MAY BE SLIPPERY. DO NOT USE THE MAT IN WET ENVIRONMENTS OR STEP ON THE MAT WITH WET FEET. THE GELPRO MAT IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN WET ENVIRONMENTS.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU ALSO MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). LET'S GEL'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. LET'S GEL EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO ANYONE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. BY THIS WE MEAN ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR DAMAGES OTHER THAN A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE GELPRO MAT ITSELF. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF LET'S GEL SHALL APPLY OR SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. IN NO EVENT SHALL LET'S GEL'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY LET'S GEL FROM THE PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
