Yes. Please consider the GelPro e-Gift Card option. Our personalized GelPro e-Gift Cards can be printed or emailed directly to the recipient even on, for example, Christmas morning. GelPro e-Gift Cards are available to be printed or are emailed as soon as your order is placed and the check-out process has been completed.
Is "gelpro.com" the same company as "letsgel.com?"
Yes! We just transitioned from “letsgel.com” to “gelpro.com”. Our goal is for “gelpro.com” to be a more convenient shopping experience for everybody.
What products do your retail locations sell?

Will heated floors hurt the GelPro Mat?
The bottom surface of our mat is a non-slip material made from vinyl. We have tested our mats on most common flooring surfaces and to date we have found no issue. However, since we have not performed tests on your particular floor, we cannot guarantee there will not be an issue. You should check under the mat(s) periodically, and if you have an issue within the first few months we will refund your purchase price.
Note: Our GelPro Mats are waterproof; therefore, if any moisture/liquid becomes trapped under a mat, it will not dry and must be removed as soon as possible. When mopping your floor, please ensure that your floor has completely dried before replacing the mat. Prolonged exposure to moisture/liquid may cause mold/mildew and/or damage to your mat and some types of flooring surfaces.
In addition to this information, we recommend you contact your flooring provider/installer. Your floor provider/installer should have direct knowledge of how your particular flooring may interact with our product.

If I buy fabric samples, then wait several months to purchase a mat, will the colors be the same?
All of our fabrics are subject to multiple inspections to ensure the finest quality; however, these fabrics are ordered in rolls and different dye lots may have slight variations in shading. Fabric sample kits are a helpful point of reference, but to better ensure the matching color of items to be used as pairs the items should be ordered at the same time. We do not guarantee dye lot matches of fabric samples OR cuttings to the fabric which will be applied to your order, and therefore any variation would not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Do your retailers sell the Companion™ Seat Cushions?
No. At this time Seat Cushions are only available for purchase directly from Let’s Gel, Inc.

Will PerfectPlacemats™ interact with my table's finish?
The synthetic leather material of our placemats is made from PVC. We have tested our placemats on most common table finishes and to date we have found no issue. However, since we have not performed tests on your particular table surface, we cannot guarantee there will not be an issue. You should check under the placemats periodically, and if you see an issue within the first few months we will refund your purchase price.
If any spilled liquid becomes trapped under a placemat it may not dissipate and must be removed as soon as possible to prevent damage to your placemat and table finish.
CAUTION: Using the PerfectPlacemat for extended periods on lacquer or urethane furniture finishes should be avoided as finish damage could occur. If your furniture finish is lacquer or urethane, we recommend removing the Companion Placemat after your meal service is complete.
Do you still offer mats in the Pebble Fabric?
We appreciate your consideration, but unfortunately mats in our Pebble fabric are not available at this time. Additionally, we are unable to forecast when or if Pebble fabrics will become available.

Are Companion™ Seat Cushions made of real leather?
No, our Companion™ Seat Cushions are made of a synthetic leather that is durable and stain resistant. No animals were harmed in the manufacturing or testing this product.

How long will it take to receive my GelPro Mat?
For standard size GelPro mats, please allow approximately 7 – 14 business days for delivery from the time your order is placed. Customers in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii please allow additional transit time. Please allow approximately 3 – 4 weeks for delivery of your designer size GelPro mat. Thank you for your business!

How are the Fabric Samples shipped and what do they cost?
Our 4”x4” fabric swatches are sold individually and may be purchased by style and/or color according to your home décor.
The cost is $.99/swatch + $.35/swatch postage. All fabric samples are shipped via United States Postal Service.

How do I receive a rebate for my fabric samples?
When you receive the Fabric Samples you will find a packing slip which contains information about how to redeem your rebate online.
Click here to redeem your rebate. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be posted. Your GelPro Floor Mat order number, Fabric Sample order number, and billing Zip/Postal Code will be requested.
It is not necessary to return the Fabric Sample Kit. It’s yours to keep and share with someone else who may benefit from the comfort and style of Gel Pro Mats.
The rebate will be issued for the purchase price of the samples and may be applied toward the purchase of any size GelPro mat.

What is the GelPro Mat warranty?
Warranty Agreement: Lets Gel, Incorporated warrants to the purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Warranty”) for 1 year (365 days) from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). “
“Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment.
How do I exchange my "standard size" GelPro Mat for a different color or size?
If you are not satisfied with this product you may exchange it within the first 30 days of purchase from the date of receipt. We will waive the normal $15 restocking fee per mat. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges not attributable to warranted defects or miss-shipment on the part of Let’s Gel.
Prior to returning the product to us, you must email us at customerservice@letsgel.com to obtain a RMA (return material authorization). We will respond Monday – Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your message. Please be sure to include your return contact information and your exchange request. You will receive a reference number, packing instructions, and mailing address so that we can process your return. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.
The product must be returned in the following manner: All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material. **The GelPro Mat must be wrapped around the cardboard tube with the top synthetic leather surface facing out. Failure to do so will result in permanent damage to the mat. Returns received with the GelPro Mat rolled incorrectly will be rejected. If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as we are notified within 48 hours after signing for the delivery.

Can I return or exchange a "designer size" GelPro mat?
Due to their custom nature Designer GelPro mats cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective. To ensure you choose the right fabric and color, we recommend you order Fabric Samples before placing your mat order.
Mat Specifications
Can I cut or modify a GelPro Mat?
No. Our product is not designed to be cut in half like foam mats. While the gel core is a non-leaking substance, the anti-microbial non-slip material that is on the bottom of our mats is welded around the outside perimeter of the mats. Cutting one would remove that non-slip attachment from one edge of the mat.
We’ve also taken into account – and tried to minimize – tripping potential. Our mats are designed so that they have a 45 degree lead in (on all four edges) to reduce the chance for tripping as you step onto them. Cutting one would result in an exposed 90 degree edge and present a hazard that otherwise would not be there.

Our Gel Pro Mats are approximately 1/2 inch thick.
Can you make GelPro Mats softer?
While it’s technically possible to make a softer gel mat, the positive benefits would quickly become liabilities. We’ve arrived at the softness of our mats through rigorous research and experimentation. What we’ve found is that a softer gel core results in the user’s heel resting deeper than the rest of the foot. That in turn causes an unnatural stretching of the calf muscles, and a whole new set of problems.
What is the GelPro Mat made of?

Gel Pro Mats are made of a shock absorbing gel core that greatly reduces pressure on your feet and back. The top surface is a durable synthetic leather that is stain-resistant and easy to clean (with mild soap and water). The non-slip vinyl bottom includes an anti-microbial additive to prevent mold and mildew. Every texture in our ever-expanding line up is made of the same synthetic material (despite their different textures). Each line is as durable as the one before it; and the ExoticLine and ContemporaryLine surfaces require no different care than the TraditionalLine.
How much do Standard size mats weigh?
The 18”x 24” spot mat weighs approximately 6 lbs. The 20”x 36” standard-sized mat weighs approximately 10 lbs. The 20”x 72” double-length mat weighs approximately 20 lbs.

Can I request a specific size GelPro Mat?
We have recently released 8 new designer sizes of GelPro mats: 28×48”, 28×72”, 28×108”, 28×144”, 36×48”, 36×72”, 36×108”, and 36×144”. We do not currently plan to release additional sizes, however, if you need a specific size please let us know and we would be happy to consider it for future product development.
Care and Maintenance
How do I clean and dry my GelPro Mat?
Our mats are very easy to maintain. They typically just sweep clean. For regular cleaning use water and a damp sponge or cloth. If you have a sticky or greasy spill you may use a mild soap (such as dish washing soap) and water with a damp sponge or cloth. Dry your mat with a soft non abrasive cloth.
Do NOT use any other household cleansers such as but not limited to: window cleaners, floor cleaners, polishes, or all purpose cleaners.
Do NOT dry your mat by placing in the direct sun, by using a mechanical device such as a space heater or hair dryer, etc.

Can my pets damage the GelPro Mat?

The top synthetic leather surface of our GelPro Mat is durable enough for daily use, yet soft enough to let your feet “sink” into the gel. If your pet can scratch/damage other objects in your home made of leather, rubber, cloth, vinyl, etc. they would be able to scratch the GelPro Mat as well. But in the event that the mat should be punctured, the gel core is in a solid state, is non-toxic, and will not leak out.

Our placemats are very easy to maintain. They typically just wipe clean with a damp cloth. For regular cleaning use water and a damp sponge or cloth. If you have a sticky or greasy spill you may use a mild soap (such as dish washing soap) and water with a damp sponge or cloth. Due to the custom nature of our “designer size” GelPro Mats, each mat is made specifically for you, and may not be returned except in the case of damage during transit or is found to be defective. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks processing time for your mat to be built , shipped, and delivered.
What is your return policy for "designer size" GelPro Mats?
GelPro Mats in “designer sizes” are custom made upon receipt of an order. Due to their custom nature, GelPro mats in “designer sizes” MAY NOT BE RETURNED unless they are defective or are damaged in transit. To ensure you select the proper fabric and color for your home, we recommend that you order fabric samples kit before placing your mat order.
The product must be returned in the following manner: If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as we are notified within 48 hours after the accepted delivery. The synthetic leather material of our seat cushions is made from PVC. We have tested our seat cushions on most common chair finishes and to date we have found no issue. However, since we have not performed tests on your particular chair finish, we cannot guarantee there will not be an issue. You should check under the seat cushions periodically, and if you see an issue within the first few months we will refund your purchase price.
Caution: Using the Companion Placemat and/or Seat Cushion for extended periods on lacquered or varnished finishes should be avoided as finish damage could occur. If your furniture finish is lacquer (sometimes found on antiques and refinished tables and chairs) we recommend removing the Companion Placemat and/or Seat Cushion after your meal service is complete.
