Yes. Please consider the GelPro e-Gift Card option. Our personalized GelPro e-Gift Cards can be printed or emailed directly to the recipient even on, for example, Christmas morning. GelPro e-Gift Cards are available to be printed or are emailed as soon as your order is placed and the check-out process has been completed.

Yes! We just transitioned from “letsgel.com” to “gelpro.com”. Our goal is for “gelpro.com” to be a more convenient shopping experience for everybody.

Our retail partners currently stock/sell the Basketweave, Ostrich, Flora and Wicker GelPro Mats in our standard 20″×36″ and 20″×72″ sizes.

Fabric Sample Kits – To help determine which of the GelPro styles might best suit your home’s décor, 4″×4″ swatches of all colors in the GelPro line are available for review for $.99/swatch plus shipping. A rebate for the purchase price of the samples is available with the purchase of a GelPro Floor mat.

However, since we have not performed tests on your particular floor, we cannot guarantee there will not be an issue. You should check under the mat(s) periodically, and if you have an issue within the first few months we will refund your purchase price.

Our GelPro Mats are waterproof; therefore, if any moisture/liquid becomes trapped under a mat, it will not dry and must be removed as soon as possible. When mopping your floor, please ensure that your floor has completely dried before replacing the mat. Prolonged exposure to moisture/liquid may cause mold/mildew and/or damage to your mat and some types of flooring surfaces.

In addition to this information, we recommend you contact your flooring provider/installer. Your floor provider/installer should have direct knowledge of how your particular flooring may interact with our product.

No, our PerfectPlacemats™ are made of a synthetic leather that is durable and stain resistant. No animals were harmed in the manufacturing or testing of this product.

No. At this time PerfectPlacemats are only available for purchase directly from Let’s Gel, Inc.

The synthetic leather material of our placemats is made from PVC. We have tested our placemats on most common table finishes and to date we have found no issue. However, since we have not performed tests on your particular table surface, we cannot guarantee there will not be an issue. You should check under the placemats periodically, and if you see an issue within the first few months we will refund your purchase price.

If any spilled liquid becomes trapped under a placemat it may not dissipate and must be removed as soon as possible to prevent damage to your placemat and table finish.

CAUTION: Using the PerfectPlacemat for extended periods on lacquer or urethane furniture finishes should be avoided as finish damage could occur. If your furniture finish is lacquer or urethane, we recommend removing the Companion Placemat after your meal service is complete.

All of our fabrics are subject to multiple inspections to ensure the finest quality; however, these fabrics are ordered in rolls and different dye lots may have slight variations in shading. Fabric sample kits are a helpful point of reference, but to better ensure the matching color of items to be used as pairs the items should be ordered at the same time. We do not guarantee dye lot matches of fabric samples OR cuttings to the fabric which will be applied to your order, and therefore any variation would not constitute a manufacturing defect.

No. Do not wear high heeled shoes (especially “stiletto” type heels) on the GelPro mat. These sharp heels can potentially damage the surface of the mat.

Yes – we can ship to most APOs. Orders shipped to APOs will be sent via the US Postal Service. Please allow for additional transit time.

The GelPro Floor Mat is our original, gel-filled anti-fatigue floor mat. These mats have an approximately ½ inch gel core, are made with a beautiful and comfortable embossed synthetic leather top surface fabric, and a non-slip vinyl bottom . These mats have twelve different sizes and multiple patterns and colors to fit any décor.

The new GelPro Plush Mat is made of the same luxurious fabrics as our original GelPro mats, but are 50% thicker for added comfort. Each mat contains a ½” gel core over a base layer of supportive foam for added luxury. These mats are available in the 18×24, 20×36 and 20×48 sizes. The mat has an embossed synthetic leather surface with a non-slip vinyl bottom.

The NewLife mat is a comfort floor mat engineered from Bio-Foam™, a plant-based renewable resource. This foam mat is available in four colors in the 20×32 size and will soon be available in a 20×48 size.

All mats are certified by the National Floor Safety Institute.

We appreciate your consideration, but unfortunately mats in our Pebble fabric are not available at this time. Additionally, we are unable to forecast when or if Pebble fabrics will become available.

It is not necessary to return the Fabric Sample Kit. It’s yours to keep and share with someone else who may benefit from the comfort and style of Gel Pro Mats.

Warranty Agreement: Lets Gel, Incorporated warrants to the purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Warranty”) for 3 years (1,095 days) from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). "

“Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment.

If you are not satisfied with this product you may exchange it within the first 30 days of purchase from the date of receipt. A $15 restocking fee per mat will apply to all returns. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges not attributable to warranted defects or miss-shipment on the part of Let’s Gel.

Prior to returning the product to us, you must email us at customerservice@letsgel.com
to obtain a RMA (return material authorization). We will respond Monday – Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your message. Please be sure to include your return contact information and your exchange request. You will receive a reference number, packing instructions, and mailing address so that we can process your return. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.

The product must be returned in the following manner: All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material. **The GelPro Mat must be wrapped around the cardboard tube with the top synthetic leather surface facing out. Failure to do so will result in permanent damage to the mat. Returns received with the GelPro Mat rolled incorrectly will be rejected. If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as we are notified within 48 hours after signing for the delivery.

If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it for a

Yes. Designer Sizes may be returned/exchanged within the first 30 days after delivery. Mats must be new, unused and in original packaging. A 10% restock fee will apply to all returns. Please contact customerservice@letsgel.com to obtain return authorization information.

No. Our product is not designed to be cut in half like foam mats. While the gel core is a non-leaking substance, the anti-microbial non-slip material that is on the bottom of our mats is welded around the outside perimeter of the mats. Cutting one would remove that non-slip attachment from one edge of the mat.

We’ve also taken into account – and tried to minimize – tripping potential. Our mats are designed so that they have a 45 degree lead in (on all four edges) to reduce the chance for tripping as you step onto them. Cutting one would result in an exposed 90 degree edge and present a hazard that otherwise would not be there.

Our Gel Pro Mats are approximately 1/2 inch thick.

While it’s technically possible to make a softer gel mat, the positive benefits would quickly become liabilities. We’ve arrived at the softness of our mats through rigorous research and experimentation. What we’ve found is that a softer gel core results in the user’s heel resting deeper than the rest of the foot. That in turn causes an unnatural stretching of the calf muscles, and a whole new set of problems.

Gel Pro Mats are made of a shock absorbing gel core that greatly reduces pressure on your feet and back. The top surface is a durable synthetic leather that is stain-resistant and easy to clean (with mild soap and water). The non-slip vinyl bottom includes an anti-microbial additive to prevent mold and mildew. Every texture in our ever-expanding line up is made of the same synthetic material (despite their different textures). Each line is as durable as the one before it; and the ExoticLine and ContemporaryLine surfaces require no different care than the TraditionalLine.

We have recently released 8 new designer sizes of GelPro mats: 28×48”, 28×72”, 28×108”, 28×144”, 36×48”, 36×72”, 36×108”, and 36×144”. We do not currently plan to release additional sizes, however, if you need a specific size please let us know and we would be happy to consider it for future product development.

The top synthetic leather surface of our GelPro Mat is durable enough for daily use, yet soft enough to let your feet “sink” into the gel. If your pet can scratch/damage other objects in your home made of leather, rubber, cloth, vinyl, etc. they would be able to scratch the GelPro Mat as well. But in the event that the mat should be punctured, the gel core is in a solid state, is non-toxic, and will not leak out.

Our mats are very easy to maintain. They typically just sweep clean. For regular cleaning use water and a damp sponge or cloth. If you have a sticky or greasy spill you may use a mild soap (such as dish washing soap) and water with a damp sponge or cloth. Dry your mat with a soft non abrasive cloth.

Do NOT use any other household cleansers such as but not limited to: window cleaners, floor cleaners, polishes, or all purpose cleaners.

Do NOT dry your mat by placing in the direct sun, by using a mechanical device such as a space heater or hair dryer, etc.

Yes. After paying the UPS COD charge simply fax Let’s Gel a copy of the invoice and we would be happy to reimburse you for the UPS Brokerage fee. Please note: Customer is responsible for all local fees and taxes that are included in this COD charge. Please fax to 512.692.2662 or email a copy of the COD to customerservice@letsgel.com.

No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the GelPro e-Gift Card you can apply the balance toward your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the card balance, you will need to make the additional payment with a credit card or another GelPro e-Gift Card.

If your GelPro e-Gift Card becomes lost or stolen, please email us immediately at customerservice@letsgel.com to report the loss. We will freeze the remaining balance on your missing e-Gift Card at the time of message receipt, and email you a replacement with the remaining balance.

You may use the GelPro e-Gift Card towards all online purchases at www.gelpro.com.
The GelPro e-Gift Card has no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.

The new GelPro Plush Mat is made of the same luxurious fabrics as our original GelPro mats, but are 50% thicker for added comfort. Yes. If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it for a refund or exchange within the first 30 days after you have received the product. Product must be purchased directly from Lets Gel. We will charge a $15 restocking fee per mat on returns. However, we will waive the restocking fee if you are exchanging product for another size,color, or fabric. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges not attributable to warranted defects or miss-shipment on the part of Let’s Gel, Inc.
Prior to returning the product to us, you must email us at customerservice@letsgel.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive a reference number, a ship to address, and packing instructions so that we can process your return. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material. The NewLife mat is a comfort floor mat engineered from Bio-Foam™, a plant-based renewable resource. This foam mat is available in four colors in the 20×32 size and will soon be available in a 20×48 size.

The GelPro Floor Mat is our original, gel-filled anti-fatigue floor mat. These mats have an approximately ½ inch gel core, are made with a beautiful and comfortable embossed synthetic leather top surface fabric, and a non-slip vinyl bottom . These mats have twelve different sizes and multiple patterns and colors to fit any décor.

The new GelPro Plush Mat is made of the same luxurious fabrics as our original GelPro mats, but are 50% thicker for added comfort. Each mat contains a ½” gel core over a base layer of supportive foam for added luxury. These mats are available in the 18×24, 20×36 and 20×48 sizes. The mat has an embossed synthetic leather surface with a non-slip vinyl bottom.

All mats are certified by the National Floor Safety Institute.

Our mats are very easy to maintain. They typically just sweep clean with a soft broom. For regular cleaning use water and a damp sponge or cloth. If you have a sticky or greasy spill you may use a mild soap (such as dish washing soap) and water with a damp sponge or cloth. Dry your mat with a soft non abrasive cloth.

Do NOT use any other household cleansers such as but not limited to: window cleaners, floor cleaners, polishes, or all purpose cleaners.

Do NOT dry your mat by placing in the direct sun, by using a mechanical device such as a space heater or hair dryer, etc.

Note: Please DO NOT allow water/liquid to become trapped under the NewLife™ Mat. If any moisture/liquid becomes trapped under a NewLife Mat, it may not dry and, therefore, it should be removed as soon as possible. When mopping your floor, please ensure that your floor has completely dried before replacing the mat. Prolonged exposure to moisture/liquid trapped under the NewLife™ Mat may cause mold/mildew and/or damage to your mat and some types of flooring surfaces.

Seller warrants to the purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service (the “Limited Warranty”) for the life of the mat from the date of delivery (the “Limited Warranty Period”). “Normal use and service” means that the product is used on dry floors in an indoor residential environment. A Product breach of the Limited Warranty during the Limited Warranty Period shall be considered a “Defective Product.” Purchaser may return the Defective Product to Let’s Gel during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement mat equal to the original mat purchase. Replacement of the mat shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the Limited Warranty.

Each mat features a European designer top fabric in the Cordoba and Wicker pattern and an anti-microbial bottom material that resists mold and mildew. Available in 20″×32″ and 20×48″sizes.
