Return Policy
IF PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL LOCATION: If you are not satisfied with this product, please contact the retail location where it was purchased for details on their return policy. GelPro cannot accept returns and/or exchanges on purchases made from another retailer. If you are inquiring about a possible defect, please email us at support@gelpro.com. Please be sure to include your return contact information.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and replacements not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Let’s Gel, Inc.
Prior To Returning A Product:
1 - If you have an account, you may go directly to My Account and click on Purchase History to access the order you wish to return. A Return Label will be provided and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
2 - If you do not have an account you can click on My Account and click on New Customer. Create a new account and send an e-mail to support@gelpro.com to notify us of your new account and wish to return an order. Upon response from a GelPro representative you will be able to process your return online in My Account. (Refer to 1 above)
UPON PROCESSING YOUR RETURN, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE REASON FOR RETURN (I.E.- I ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE OR THE COLOR DOES NOT MATCH MY DÉCOR).
