Simply use a mild soap and water with a damp cloth to clean the top surface of the GelPro Elite mat.
What is your warranty policy?
GelPro Elite mats come with a 2-year limited warranty for top surface and a 5-year limited warranty for gel/foam core construction and bottom surface. Please see our warranty section for more details at the bottom of the page.
What is your return policy?
For GelPro Elite mats purchased directly from GelPro.com, we offer a 30 day comfort guarantee, which you may return your mat for a full refund during that 30 day period.
Do you ship to Canada?
When we ship with UPS to Canada, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These are standard import charges set by the Canadian government and are not included in your checkout total.
