2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR TOP SURFACE OF GELPRO ELITE COMFORT MAT

Let's Gel, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the top surfce of your GelPro Elite Comfort Mat shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the "Limited Warranty") for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase (the "Limited Warranty Period"). “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential or office environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. The top surface of GelPro Eite Comfort Mats sold for light duty commercial or office use are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. GelPro Elite Comfort Mats are not suitable for use with high-heel shoes or in areas where industrial equipment is used.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR GEL/FOAM CORE CONSTRUCTION & BOTTOM SURFACE

Let's Gel, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this Product ("Purchaser") that the gel/foam core construction and bottom surface shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the "Limited Warranty") for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase (the "Limited Warranty Period"). "Normal use and service" means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. The gel/foam core construction of GelPro Elite mats sold for light duty commercial or office use are warranted for two(2) years from the date of purchase. GelPro Elite Comfort Mats are not suitable for use with high-heel shoes or in areas where industrial equipment is used.

This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return the defective product to Let's Gel, Inc. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Let's Gel, Inc. for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first year the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of the product. During each of the subsequent years, the refund will be reduced each year by 20% of the original purchase price. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period. Defective mats must be returned at purchaser's expense to Let's Gel, Inc. for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase must be included with any mat returned under warranty. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, including failure to follow the care instructions or damage caused by chemical spills. The customer assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability of our mats in the customer's particular application.

Limited Warranty

Let’s Gel, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase (the “Limited Warranty Period”). Products purchased through a retail location may be registered by the Purchaser at http://warranty.gelpro.com. “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. GelPro Classic and GelPro Plush mats sold for light-duty commercial or office use are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. GelPro Classic/Plush Mats are not suitable for use with high-heel shoes or in areas where industrial equipment is used.

This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return the defective product to Let’s Gel, Inc. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Let’s Gel, Inc., for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first year the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of the product. During each of the next two years, the refund will be reduced each year by 33% of the original purchase price. For example, if a defective product is returned during the third year of the Limited Warranty Period, and Let’s Gel, Inc. determines that the product is defective, Let’s Gel, Inc. may provide a replacement product of equal value or at its option issue a refund equal to 33% of the original purchase price of the product. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.

Defective mats must be returned at purchaser’s expense to Let’s Gel, Inc. for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase must be included with any mat returned under warranty. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, including failure to follow the care instructions or damage caused by chemical spills. This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return the defective product to Let’s Gel, Inc. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Let’s Gel, Inc., for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first year the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of the product. During each of the next ten years, the refund will be reduced each year by 10% of the original purchase price. For example, if a defective product is returned during the third year of the Limited Warranty Period, and Let’s Gel, Inc. determines that the product is defective, Let’s Gel, Inc. may provide a replacement product of equal value or at its option issue a refund equal to 70% of the original purchase price of the product. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period. Defective mats must be returned at purchaser’s expense to Let’s Gel, Inc. for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase must be included with any mat returned under warranty. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, including failure to follow the care instructions or damage caused by chemical spills. Purchaser may return the defective product to Let’s Gel, Inc. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Let’s Gel, Inc., for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first year the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of the product. During each of the next four years, the refund will be reduced each year by 20% of the original purchase price. For example, if a defective product is returned during the third year of the Limited Warranty Period, and Let’s Gel, Inc. determines that the product is defective, Let’s Gel, Inc. may provide a replacement product of equal value or at its option issue a refund equal to 60% of the original purchase price of the product. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.

NEWLIFE ADVANTAGE MATS ORDERED WITH PRINTED LOGOS AND/OR CUSTOM ARTWORK ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY IN ITS ENTIRETY. “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor commercial environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return the defective product to Let’s Gel, Inc. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Let’s Gel, Inc., for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of months elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first 12 months the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of the product. During each of the next 12 months, the refund will be reduced each month by 8.33% of the original purchase price. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.

Limited Warranty

Seller warrants to the purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Limited Warranty”) for ONE (1) year from the date of purchase (the “Limited Warranty Period”). “Normal use and service” means that the product is used on dry floors in an indoor medical facility environment. A Product breach of the Limited Warranty during the Limited Warranty Period shall be considered a “Defective Product.” Purchaser may return the Defective Product, at Purchaser’s sole expense, to the Seller during the Limited Warranty Period for a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the GelPro® Medical Mat. Refund of the purchase price or replacement of the GelPro® Medical Mat shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the Limited Warranty.

SELLER AND LET'S GEL EXCLUDE AND WILL NOT PAY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO ANYONE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. BY THIS WE MEAN ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR DAMAGES OTHER THAN A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE GELPRO® MEDICAL MAT ITSELF. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF SELLER OR LET’S GEL SHALL APPLY OR SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. IN NO EVENT, SHALL SELLER’S OR LET’S GEL’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY SELLER FROM THE PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PUR- CHASE PRICE OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. Limited Warranty

Let’s Gel, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this Product ("Purchaser") that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase (the "Limited Warranty Period"). Products purchased through a retail location may be registered by the Purchaser at http://warranty.gelpro.com. “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. GelPro Classic and GelPro Plush mats sold for light-duty commercial or office use are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. GelPro Classic/Plush Mats are not suitable for use with high-heel shoes or in areas where industrial equipment is used.

This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return the defective product to Let’s Gel, Inc. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Let’s Gel, Inc., for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first year the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of the product. During each of the next two years, the refund will be reduced each year by 33% of the original purchase price. For example, if a defective product is returned during the third year of the Limited Warranty Period, and Let’s Gel, Inc. determines that the product is defective, Let’s Gel, Inc. may provide a replacement product of equal value or at its option issue a refund equal to 33% of the original purchase price of the product. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.

Defective mats must be returned at purchaser’s expense to Let’s Gel, Inc. for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase must be included with any mat returned under warranty. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, including failure to follow the care instructions or damage caused by chemical spills. The customer assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability of our mats in the customer’s particular application.
